David concentrates his practice on the defense of lawyers, real estate brokers, medical professionals, insurance adjusters, accountants, corporate directors and officers, and architects against professional liability claims. David understands the demands that are placed on professionals and the increasingly complicated nature of their practices. David focuses on identifying the issues that create challenges to the professional and providing dynamic, forceful, and effective representation. He provides counsel at all stages, both before claims arise and after they enter litigation. David’s practice is devoted to guiding, supporting, and defending his clients when challenges are made to their professional reputations. In addition to his professional liability defense practice, David has broad-based and extensive experience in matters involving product liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage, premises liability, industrial and worksite accidents, and business disputes. David has extensive trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts of New York, and has successfully tried to verdict a substantial number of cases.
